Sales Executive
The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

Qualifications
We need a proactive sales professional with Strong written and verbal communication skills and who already understands the dynamics of power-generation, transmission line or allied electrical markets.
Your core mission is straightforward: secure measurable conversions by actively reaching out to companies of every size—from government utilities sourcing on GeM, to major EPC contractors, to fast-growing SMEs—and keep the conversation flowing through WhatsApp or any other direct channel that moves the deal forward.
Here’s what We expect from day one:
- Daily prospecting on GeM, WhatsApp follow-ups, and direct calls or emails that get us onto approved vendor lists and tender short-lists.
- Consistent new-business pipeline creation, with clear stages and probability tagging so I can see exactly where each opportunity stands.
- Simple weekly reports summarising outreach volume, hot leads, and conversions. I care less about vanity metrics, more about actual POs and LOIs won.
