We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to drive business growth by identifying new customers, managing existing accounts, and promoting Relco Electricals’ range of electrical products. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and customer visits.
• Develop and maintain relationships with utilities, EPC contractors, distributors, OEMs, consultants, and industrial customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable electrical products and solutions.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and follow up until order closure.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and customer support.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports in the CRM system.
• Attend industry exhibitions, customer meetings, and business events when required.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
• Experience in the electrical, power, industrial, or engineering sector is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings.
